Invite Connection Workshop

Many people report feeling disconnected or lacking in strong community ties. Disconnection is a normal human experience, but that doesn’t mean it’s comfortable. Nor does it mean people have to navigate it alone.

The good news is, the experience of being disconnected is a solvable condition. Connection is easily remedied by consistent practice of two key skills that everyone possesses. Everyone has these abilities, but rarely think to lean on them as a way to build connection and community.

This workshop will provide a safe opportunity to practice and see the benefit of these skills to begin inviting more connection into their lives.

Invite Connection will be offered soon in as online and in-person introductory sessions to what these two important skills are and how you can cultivate a practice of using them when speaking with others to better connect.

We can also create a custom version for companies interested in this program.

Disconnection is a feeling of being misunderstood or unsupported. It is a normal human experience, but that doesn’t mean it’s comfortable. Nor does it mean you do you have to live with the discomfort of it. In fact, when something causes emotional upset, it’s often a clue that change is needed.

The good news is, the experience of being disconnected is a solvable condition.

Everyone has a connection fingerprint, a unique collection of things that, when activated and optimized, make them feel whole and engaged in life. The process of discovering one’s Connected Communication with oneself is an exploration.
